Delegative (you figure out what to do and delegate the responsiblity to others)

Or, are you someone who mixes the three approaches depending on the circumstances? The authoritarian in you might tell employees a procedure is not working and must be fixed. Your participative style might kick in when you ask employees and colleagues for ideas and input. The delegator in you might ask others to take on necessary tasks to set things right.
